Double Chin Treatment
Double Chin Treatment
Chin fat or double chin is relatively easy to treat using a non-surgical approach that improves the jaw contour.
A series of small injections are administered under the chin. The active ingredient, deoxycholic acid, occurs naturally in the body, and helps to break down dietary fat.
At AR Plastic Surgery, we set an up initial consultation to determine the suitability of the treatment and then prepare a customised treatment plan.
Treatments take approximately 40 minutes each time. Most clients see a visible improvement in their chin profile within 3 to 4 sessions.
Submental fullness “double chins” are common in both men and women of all ages and often caused by ageing, genetics or weight changes.
This treatment reduces the fat pad under the chin, resulting in a more contoured neck profile and defined jaw line.
