Breast mastopexy with augmentation mammoplasty

Case Details: After breast feeding two children, this patient was concerned with the lack of fullness of her breast and disliked the low position they were sitting in. She also had accessory breast tissue that bothered her when wearing bras and certain clothing. Dr Cheng performed breast lift (mastopexy) with augmentation mammoplasty as well as liposuction to remove accessory breast tissue. 360cc smooth round breast implants.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This patient in her 20s wanted to achieve a more enhanced breast shape and volume. Dr Eddie Cheng performed an augmentation mammoplasty with mastopexy and bilateral removal of accessory breast tissue. 325 cc smooth round breast implants were placed in a dual plane pocket. She is now 10 weeks post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This mother of two wanted to restore fullness to her breasts and address laxity and ptosis after breastfeeding. Dr Eddie Cheng recommended a two-stage approach. The first stage involved breast reduction mammoplasty with mastopexy to create the foundation, followed by augmentation mammoplasty for added volume and shape. Smooth round breast implants were placed in a dual plane pocket. She is now 11 months post operation, with approximately 6 months between stages, under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This mother of two wanted to achieve a higher breast position and more upper pole fullness after weight loss. She had previously undergone a breast reduction mammoplasty performed elsewhere. Dr Eddie Cheng recommended a two-stage approach. The first stage involved a breast reduction mammoplasty with mastopexy to establish the foundation, followed by placement of anatomical breast implants in the second-stage surgery. She is now 7 months post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.
