Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This 34-year-old patient underwent stage 1 breast reconstruction with tissue expanders before mastectomy. Dr Eddie Cheng then performed stage 2 reconstruction with silicone implants as a nipple-sparing procedure. Implant size: 445 g, Implant type: Allergan anatomical (teardrop). She is now 7 months post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This patient with tuberous breasts and a confirmed BRCA gene mutation chose to undergo prophylactic nipple- and skin-sparing mastectomy due to her elevated breast cancer risk and family history. Dr Eddie Cheng performed the reconstruction as a two-stage procedure, beginning with tissue expansion and placement of an internal bra (AlloDerm), followed by stage two where the expander was replaced with a permanent breast implant. She is now 9 months post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This patient underwent a left skin-sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction and a right prophylactic mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. Dr Eddie Cheng performed the reconstruction as a two-stage procedure, starting with tissue expansion and later placement of 410 cc anatomical breast implants. She is now 7 months post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This patient had a previous right TRAM breast reconstruction. To achieve symmetry, Dr Eddie Cheng performed a left breast reduction mammoplasty prior to reconstruction. She is now 8 months post left breast reduction mammoplasty, performed to match the contralateral side, under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.
